I find it hard to believe you don't have pages of recommendations. We did our home work, we checked out the competition... Ford, Toyota,Scion, Hyundai,Kia,Honda,Dodge, Fiat, Mercedes...sorry if I missed anyone. We talked to a lot of salesmen, even tried to make a deal at a different chevy dealer...then we found Wheatons...the best deal (no brainer!) and a salesman and staff that went above and beyond anything we would expect to accomodate us. This was not my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. But it was my first time buying from Wheaton Chevrolet. I have to say I was very impressed with the way I was treated. The before and after care your salesmen provide is fantastic. James went out of his way to accommodate me and I'm a very happy man.

Overall, we had a great experience at wheaton chevrolet. We found a used car for our daughter, on their website at a GREAT price so we called for an appointment that same day. The salesman was friendly and likeable and Once we indicated that we wanted to purchase and drive the car home that night, things moved efficiently. The finance guy stayed late to accommodate us, and our daughter was in her car and on the road home about an hour later.

Everything was handled in a very professional manner. They explained to me what had to be done and gave me a breakdown of the cost. They walked me through the service area and introduced me to the service manager. And I received a follow up call from him the next evening checking to make sure everything was OK with my truck. I have no trouble sending other people to Wheaton.

After visiting 3 different dealerships to look for a new truck, I bought a 2012 Silverado from them. They allowed me to take my time to research and decide on a vehicle. I went back three times and test drove several vehicles. I even drove one to my home to show to the wife and check to see if it would fit in my garage. There was no pressure to buy and everyone was friendly and very responsive to my requests. The price they offered for my trade-in matched spot-on with my internet research. I just want to send Kudos to your Service dept for getting my car in so quickly yesterday and fixing the shimmy. They washed the mud from the tires plus the whole car and would not take any payment. I passed on the good thing by giving $50.00 coupons to a couple of ladies shopping in a store I was in after. Told them someone did me a favor and all I asked was that they passed on a favor to someone and with a smile as did your service department. Also they dealt with my car the minute I got to the dealership. I don't even get that kind of service in my home town.

I have purchased many cars both private party and dealer. I shopped five dealerships in one day and only physically went to three of them. I deal in auto finance and am still amazed how much I got my Silverado for. Plus, I had it delivered all the way across the city. Call everyone else first for a quote then go to Wheaton's they'll beat any quote.

Awesome service department. I had a real shimmy in my car which was due to mud in the rims. They not only washed the mud out of rims they washed the whole car. No charge. Very friendly staff. I passed on the good deed in a store I was in later and asked that they do the same. It is very nice to be dealt with so quickly.

The staff was friendly and helpful and had me on my way quickly. I was very pleased with the work that had been completed and the car was fully detailed inside.
